Fixes and changes for Seditio version 120

- New flag for users unread PMs (suggestion by Tefra).
- Who's online table now also store sub-location (forum sections, pages, etc).
- New search plugin (code by Spartan).
- Various BBcodes added for inline videos and spoilers.
- Various code improvements.
- New tag {FORUMS_TOPICS_VIEWERS}.
